I was so disappointed that the paperweight does not look exactly like the picture! While the packaging and quality overall were good, the paperweight was not a true "heart" shape...it was cut straight across the top (no "dip" in the middle), making it look more like a pear-shape. I sent Customer Service a picture of what I received and they told me this is the only way they've seen it but admitted it didn't look like the picture. Be warned if you order this item anywhere...I got the same item from another company-same result. I was told then that the manufacturer admitted to "inconsistencies" with this item. We made this second attempt because my daughter really wanted this for her wedding favor. The company, however, was prompt with their response to the problem and issued me the refund they promised if I wasn't satisfied this time around.
