“Some of the holders were difficult to stand upright depending on the surface they were sitting on. For instance, they toppled over 70% of the time when sitting on the linen tablecloth. But once I put them on the mirror they were fine, even with nothing in them yet. I used these as my Table Number holder not as a placecard holder. Also, some were broken when I received them or bent out of shape... I was satisfied because I ordered extra, but if I had ordered just enough I would have been in trouble!”

“The place card holders are stunning. The unbroken ones, that is. The stem was detached or loose from the heart on 11 out of 20 of the first shipment and customer service sent out replacements. I couldn't ask for better c/s. The second shipment came in with 2 broken but i didn't even bother notifying Favorfavor because they were so wonderful and had sent me a few extra just in case for this reason. I am using these to hold my table no cards.”

“The crystal heart card holders were nice and heavy and looked beautiful and deserved a rating of 5 stars. They made for an outstanding touch on the guest tables at my daughter's wedding held on 9/5/2010. Unfortunately, the silver card holders which were supposed to be attached to the crystal hearts were broken off on 9 out of the 20 card holders I ordered, hense the rating of 2 stars. They were repairable luckily, by using rear view mirror glue purchased from Pep Boys automotive store. I did not contact the company for replacement because I was afraid I wouldn't receive them in time for the wedding.”
