Favor Favor does a wonderful job with packaging and has great customer service!! My Mom's 60 & Sensational Birthday Extravaganza was indeed SENSATIONAL!! Everyone loved the flutes...they were a HIT!!!!!!!!

Favor Favor did their best, given the limited time they had due to my ordering the favors late, to get this order of flutes to me in as little time as possible; while the ETA was originally two weeks, which would have gotten the glasses to us the day before my wedding, they stepped up the printing of them and shipped the glasses out to us a week earlier than expected, giving me plenty of time to add the candy to the glasses. The quality was amazing, with many people complimenting the favors and asking for the company name. As for the customer service, I could not have asked for more. I initially paid for overnight service, and Favor Favor got back to me within hours, informing me that ground shipping would get to me in the same time due to our proximity, saving me a LOT of money. Favor Favor was definitely the best choice for my wedding favor purchase, with the right price!

They are sturdy well made flutes and the value for the dollar is fabulous! The only thing I would have changed is that the color blue didn't show up as well as I would have liked (though my daughter thinks they are fine). I would have used the black lettering. We will return to favor favor in the future for other events, the next is the bridal shower. My son is getting married in a year and I told him to show his bride to be the site so that she might find something for her parties as well. These are heavier and higher quality than I had expected (and my initial expectations were high, given the rave reviews!). The glasses are made by Libbey. The order arrived in a timely manner and they were all in good condition. Highly recommend these!!

I thought the price is reasonable although, I made a mistake while comparing the price between the screw stem and the regular one, and I accidentally ordered the screw stem which was a little bit pricier. I was surprised to see them like that, but too late now......on a budget! Also, one of the flutes came in broken.
