Jill (Linthicum, MD), 8/25/2010 2010-08-25 I had an issue with my order because the third line font was smaller then the first two lines (which is not indicated anywhere that it is smaller and the preview did not reflect it)... I was not happy about it because I had put the date on the first line not knowing it should go on the third line (though I know it says "date" for the third line, BUT it allows the customer to put anything in that line up to 20 characters). Therefore, I emailed customer service about it, and I must say she was fantastic! I ended up having to pay an additional $17 (which I did not mind, I just wanted them to be fixed without having to pay full price again because I didnt think I was at fault) to reorder them and they were on my doorstep in less than a week and were the way I expected them! I really appreciated the great customer service and quick responses Holly provided. I will order again from this site and recommend it to anyone I know that needs these kinds of products. I am a very satisfied customer thanks to Holly!
