“Overall loved the mugs and the options we had to personalize them. Plus, your customer service response is excellent. Only negatives - the font size for the writing was smaller than we expected. Also, the letter "o" on the word "Loved" didn't show up on several of the mugs.”

“I received my glasses in like a week. 7 boxes waiting for me when I got home. In 2 weeks I finally had time to look through the boxes to make sure all was well with the glasses and the lettering. Well most of them were in good shape and look great...but 29 out of 250 were either broken, chipped, cracked, or there was something wrong with the lettering/printing. Call favor favor, and they want me to take a pic of the glasses before they do anything...not too happy about that...wedding in August.
From FavorFavor: I am very sorry that you received damaged items. We certainly want to help resolve the situation. That being said, we do ask for an emailed picture of the damaged item, or if that is not possible we will pick up the damaged goods. We feel this is a reasonable policy. If you bought something at a department store and it was damaged - when you went back to the store do you think they would want the damaged item back, or that they would just replace it without seeing it? The situation is the same with FavorFavor. We need some kind of proof that there was an issue, and asking for a picture is the easiest (you do not have to pack up the goods for us to pick up), fastest (we don't have to wait for the goods to come back in order to replace/refund you) and cheapest (we do not have to pay for UPS to come get the goods) way to handle it. ”

“The mugs are cute. But the names on the glass were so small, you could barely even read it. Some of the glasses had designs that were bolder than others, while some looked like they were already fading. It looked very cheap. I should of ordered a sample first. That was my mistake.”

“Hi - These were great! Not one was broken or chipped. I was skeptical to buy them since I never shopped with you before, but I read your reviews and I took a chance. I'm so happy that I did!! I had a small wedding reception at my home for my son and daughter-in-law. The desert table was set up beautifully with a gourmet cupcake tree and these coffee mugs - it was totally awesome! Everyone was raving about it. I told my guests that the mugs were theirs to keep when they left - they were loving the idea. I'm all about doing fun things to make the party special. This was one of them - A great idea. Thank you so much. I wish now that I took a picture -sorry. Awesome. Just awesome. :-)”

“Ordered these for bridal shower favors (40). Very pleased with the overall quality and fast shipping. Unfortunately some were less than perfect with smudges (approx 5). In addition I received 4 less than ordered so not everyone could get one and some got 2nd quality. The company has agreed to refund me for the ones not received, but that does not really help me in this situation. I am hesitant to order again for an upcoming baby shower. Would definitely suggest that you order more than you think you will need.”
