The only issue I had was a $40 preparation charge that I was not expecting. But after receiving the final product I feel ok about it.

I bought them for my nephew's wedding and his bride to be is a more plan girl and they both loved them because they were simple but nice. I would just suggest if possible have a more variety of color and if there is anyway you guys can provide a picture of all the different choices you provide. Then another suggestion is to be able to send (either email or fax) a copy of the set up for approval before actually making them and shipping them out. Because I would of love to have it in color but didn't want to pick the color I thought was close to their color and it be wrong.

However, they are definitely more like a votive candle holder than an actual shot glass. While I was a little displeased about that... I decided to look on the positive side... They can fit more booze than a normal shot glass! : ) The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I felt misled about it being a shot glasses. Everything else about the glasses is great! Great value for the price for sure! (I got the cookie and milk decal in royal blue... so cute!)

They glass is thick, and do not look cheap... we had 1 casualty in shipping, but other then that they came out great... If I could change 1 thing would be the print, it could be just a bit bigger, larger font would be nice.. but other then that they are perfect! Would recommend your product again, and plan to buy from your site again! CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWESOME! I made a small mistake when I ordered, and emailed the customer service line and Rhonda handled it RIGHT AWAY! Highly Recommend!

The coloring is perfect. The quickness of the order was great. I love Favor Favor. You will have my business for a long time. Now with that good said. The only thing I am not that happy with the size of the shot glass. I consider this more of a votive for a candle. The size of your shot glass is not a size of a shot glass I have ever seen. I went with a few favors and this one because I collect shot glasses. This glass will not even fit in my shot glass case I have on display. I would have never said a word about them though, but since you asked me to give my opinion I will. You will not lose my business from this. I will though ask for a sample next time.
