“I ordered the stemless wine glasses for my babyshower. The delivery date was proposed to be the day before my shower (nail biting). On Tuesday of that week I had not receive the shipment confirmation I was expecting so I called Wednesday morning. The customer service representative told me that they were a little behind but they would get them out that day and upgraded me to 2day air shipping FOR FREE so that I could get my order on time. Now, I have experienced horrible customer service from other companies so I was extremely nervous and skeptical. On Friday, I received my glasses in perfect condition and they were beautiful.
