“Loved the product went very well with our beach themed wedding. But hated the service. I ordered then what I thought was in time for the two day delivery but was told that even though I ordered them by noon, they would not put them in the mail till the next day. Having to pay the overnight price was ridiculous.
From FavorFavor: We make it very clear on our web site that orders generally take from 1 to 3 business days to process. As you check out, directly above where you select the UPS shipping option - we have a large note that says that the UPS service (Next Day, 3-Day, etc) only refers to the transit time once the order leaves the warehouse. Normal order processing times still apply. I am sorry you missed it, but we do try to make it very clear.”
