“I ordered the minimum 40 holders. 17 of the holders were damaged. 1 had a tip broken off and 16 had glue around the small gems that had turned orange. They look horrible. I contacted "favorfavor" and was told that I had to e-mail a picture to them as proof of my problem. I have no idea how to take a picture and email it. Soooooo, I guess that I will send them all back. I have never done business like this before and I will certainly not be doing business with this company again! They don't make it easy for the paying customer.
From FavorFavor: I am sorry that you received damaged items. We actually feel that emailing a picture is quicker and easier than the alternative. If you email a picture, we receive it that day and can generally get replacements out the following day. The alternative is we can send UPS in to retrieve the damaged items. This can take a day or two, then we have to wait to receive the carton (1-5 days), inspect the goods and have the replacements sent out via UPS which can take another 1-5 days. For those who don't know how to take and email a picture, we will pick up the damages, however email is much faster and easier!”
