I bought this item to give to the older ladies at my church as a love token for Valentines Day and it was a big hit since we usually done give gifts at valentines. But yes my order arrived in a very timely matter and in very good condition and the quality of the heart and cross bookmark was much more than I expected and it made me proud to them to a group of senior ladies who only deserve the best and they received it with this item. I would recommend this item to others and I will buy from this company again. I am very impressed with the merchandise and the service you will be pleased too!
