“The product was really nice. It's hard on the website making all the choices without being able to see how it affects the product. The first set of labels that I got didn't show up the dots around the border of the label because the color was too light. Customer service and responsiveness were great though, because I they did black dots on the border and sent it in the mail the next day. Thank you so much. Having a web feature that changes the product as you make different selections so you can see what it will look like would be fantastic. Realize this feature may cost a lot though, so I understand if you can't do it. Great job. Thanks so much. P.S. The labels packed in the first shipment with the notebooks were bent on one edge because of the way it was packed.”
