“I ordered these items as a gift for my daughter's wedding day and the glass flutes came broken, she returned the one glass flute and was promised the return glass would be there in time for her wedding... it showed up 3 days after her wedding! The glasses are too small and the engraving can barely be seen... Please give us credit for being inconvenienced?”
