inappropriateness of size

The item looked like what I was expecting. Unfortunately, it was too small for the decanter, but I think I can modify it some way or other. If your description had included the diameter of the rubber cone at the top, I would have realized that this item was not appropriate. And what does the heading "Review Title" above mean?

Nice Favors

Ordered stoppers for my daughters Bridal Shower. Had read a previous review about being broken during shipping so we checked all of them. Only one broken out of 75 and it was promptly replaced. Got feed back from guests that it was a nice idea and liked presentation.

Very Disappointed

I ordered the Crystal Heart Bottle Stopper for a recent Bridal Luncheon I was hosting for my future Daughter-in-Law. I was very upset and disappointed when I learned that her "Stopper" and many of her friends "Stopper" broke when they tried to use it. The crystal breaks off. I was embarrassed and very upset to find this out. The quality is not what I expected The reviews that I read about the item were false advertising and I would not recommend this item as a gift or party favor. The picture looks great, but the Crystal Heart breaks off the first time you try to use it. Please do not order this product it is elegant nor is it a worthy gift. Don't make the same mistake that I made... again it is false advertising.
We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the stoppers you ordered. I only wish you would have contacted us sooner, we might have been able to help. Accusing us of "false advertising" however is unfair. Every one of the reviews you see on our site (yours included) was written by a customer. There are 70 reviews for this item alone - most of them extremely positive, some not. It sounds like you received a bad batch of stoppers (which unfortunately can happen), but fortunately it is extremely rare. In the future please inspect the goods carefully before handing them out. Then we can either replace the goods or offer you a credit for them. Once again, we apologize for the condition of the stoppers that you received.

Received Broken - Heart broken off

This comes in an enclosed box. I opened it and found it broken. Because I cannot inspect each one without opening the attractive wrapping, I can not take the chance on ordering 130 and having some broken.

I really like BUT not 100% happy

I think the actual Bottle stopper with the Crystal Heart is really pretty and a great favor gift. Unfortunately alot of the wine stoppers when I recieved them the crystal heart design was not attached to the chrome part. and some of the ones that were attached came off really easily. I find that to be a big issue because I would hate for ppl who I give the favors to think I gave them something cheap,because it falls apart soo easily. So I was really disappointed in that aspect of this favor. Lastly, the presentation wasn't really up to par in my opinion. The box that this favor comes with is very nice but the bow isn't very attractive because you can tell it was rushed and not much effort was put into it, the little heart on the bow isn't straight. Just wasn't happy at all because who ever put the bow's together you can clearly tell didn't put alot of effort into it, so the presentation wasn't that appealing to me. Overall this is a very nice favor but it does come with some questionable things before deciding on purchasing this item.

A must have!

I first saw this exact bottle stopper when I visited my cousin in Virginia and I really liked the way it complimented her bottle of red wine. She told me she got it @ a wedding and I knew my wedding was upcoming, so I thought great idea! I placed the order on a Sunday and by the Wednesday they were here, awesome! The crystal part is solid and it fits very neatly in a little gift box with a little satin padding. There's a really nice bow that ties on the outside and a little heart shaped crystal. I had ours personalized which we didn't even need too because there's a cute thank you tag hanging on the outside. The only problem I had was the personalized tags we ordered were printed on a cheap thin computerized paper and some of them ripped very easy when I was punching them out of their pre-punched holes. The white elastics weren't as nice as the ones that came on the thank you tags that are pre-attached (silver). The tags are very time consuming to put together and I wish we wouldv'e chosen stickers instead. some of the little crystal hearts from the outside of the boxes fell off but no worries, with a hot glue gun you're ready to go! Overall this is a great product and I know my guest would really enjoy them. Can't wait for the Big Day, June 18th 2011.

Elegant Chrome Bottle Stopper with Crystal Heart Design w/Personalized Stickers

The stoppers are elegant and look exactly how they visualize it in the picture. I ordered 230 stoopers along w/personalized stickers instead of the tags to place on the boxes. These were ordered for my upcoming wedding. The packaging is perfect and it end up happening that the colour of the packaging matches the colour of my scheme for the reception. The stoppers it self are not too small and not too big..it's the perfect size. The tags are small and cute..and you are able to place them anywhere you want on the box. Favor Favor's customer services were excellent. Every time I phoned to inquire about my order, they were always willing to assist me and guide me to reach my unanswered question. If I have anything negative to say, it will have to be the services I received from Bongo International. Unfortunately, Favor Favor do not ship items out to customers outside of the US. I live in Toronto, Ontario, therefore I had to subscribe with Bongo International and had to use their services to allow my shipment to reach my home. The way they tally up your items is extrememly confusing. So customers as my self will want to check up on their items to ensure that they reached their destination safely. The worst part of it, is that when I would check back and see how many items they received I'd only see 72 items received out of 230. That is very scary to see!!! So, if they would work on thier description when tallying up their shipments, will make customers as myself more content knowing that their shipments are there safe and secure. Overall, it was a great experience with Favor Favor and I will most likely order from them again.

you get what you pay for

I didn't end up using the packaging as I thought it looked cheap, and I didn't like that it advertised the company on the back of the Thank you card. I took out each wine stopper and added it to my own packaging, which went with my theme, but I also had to windex the crystal heart as it had glue on each one. I loved the idea and it looks nice for a couple of dollars.

Mixed review ... item was nice gift wrap was terrible

I purchased this item for my wedding favor. I was happy with the favor itself. It was a good size and nice weight. Its true to picture. However the presentation of this item is very disappointing. The silver box was marked on corners and had hot glue all over it. Plus the bow was poorly placed on the box. The ribbon was cut uneven. The labels we paid extra for are so cheap they scratch easy. I had to make my own labels. I would not suggest getting their personal label. Do it yourself.

YUCK ALL AROUND

This product was the worst i've seen in some time. the Crystal is cheap glass and is so small when you hold it in your hand it looks even dumber. i of course sent it back and was really mad about the 15or20% restocking fee. They should have said that this product is much smaller than it looks in the picture. I WOULD SAY DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT AT ALL...

nice for the price

They favors were very nice for the price. Just make sure you go through them all because about 6 out of the 80 i ordered were missing the heart gem on the outside of the packaging. Not really a big deal since i did order extras. Overall they look great and the price was good.
