“I ordered the personalized shot glasses for my nieces graduation and was concerned about having my order in time for her party. I ordered the glasses the end of December and needed them by January 12. I called favor favor and was told that my order will be in by the 11 or 12, I explained to the customer service rep that I will need them by the 11. She immediately told me that she will call the factory and have them shipped to me by Tuesday of that week. I’m very pleased that not only did the favors show up on time but the quality of the work was very nicely done. I was very skeptical at first about this company since I had not had any feedback about the quality of their work. I will definitely order from FavorFavor again!!! Very happy and impressed customer!!”

“Exactly what I ordered. Processing and shipping time was exactly as they said it would be. I was very impressed with the options of things to print on the shot glasses. If I were to make any changes it would be that the print is darker. I would order from this company again and again.”
