“On your ad, it states that it will only take 3 working days to arrive. But it took 5 working days for my order to arrive. I ordered monday, I needed it on friday but it came the next monday. I called, but your rep told me that it's gonna take 3 days after making it. So 2 days of making it plus 3 days delivery equals 5 days. It was my daughter's 18th birtday and we have to buy something from Michael's (which I should have done before) just to have a souvenir. Secondly the item is great but it could have been better if the print it inprinted to the item not just like a "stick-on" thing.
From FavorFavor:I am sorry for the confusion. We try very hard to specify the time frame involved in orders. The UPS map which shows 3 days transit time is correct. The map points out in red letters that "Transit Time does not include order processing time". The order was placed on 9/13 and shipped on 9/16 which is well within our processing time for personalized orders. It then takes 3 days in transit based on your location. ”
