Lip balm tubes arrive separate from the labels. Some assembly required (attaching the self-stick labels to the tubes).

“I was charged arm and a leg for few rushed order. I needed them in 4 days and I received very poor looking chopsticks with stickers that I have to put on by myself.
From FavorFavor: We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the lip balms. Unfortunately, you needed printed merchandise within 3 days - and you needed to pay for 2-Day shipping which is expensive. We do not make money on the shipping - we simply pass the cost along. As for the labels, we do mention very specifically in the description that the labels and lip balms arrive separately and need to be applied. Once again we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. ”
