- I ordered a favor a couple of weeks ago, and I did not receive it yet. What could be the problem?
A: Yes! We do send samples. Our policy is as follows:
You can order samples of any favor item in our store. We will only ship complete sets of items that come in sets. Sorry, but the maximum number of samples we will send is 3, and each item must be a separate item from the others. The cost for samples is the cost of the item(s) plus a shipping and handling charge of $7.95.

**Please note, samples may not be returned or exchanged.
When you place your order, either via e-mail or by phone, I will need the following information from you:
- Your Billing Name and Address
- Your Shipping Name and Address (if different)
- The Code #'s (up to 3), you would like.
- Your Credit Card # and expiration date
- Your daytime phone number
- Your e-mail address
We base the cost of shipping on the total cost of the order (before any discounts are applied). I've included a chart for your convenience. Just calculate the cost of your order, look up the chart, and you will be able to determine the shipping cost.
Please note, due to the extra packing involved - the shipping charge for personalized glassware will not be at the rates listed above. The correct rates will be available on checkout.
For all expedited shipments, shipping will be charged at UPS* published rates (those rates are shown in the checkout screen). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be sent via UPS 2nd Day Air. We are sorry but service is not available to locations other than those mentioned above at this time.
All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the day the order is placed.
*Please note: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide us with a valid street address!
Our Return Policy, as well as our policy for damages are as follows:
We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive as long as FavorFavor.com has the items available. If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for the damaged items.
*Please note, that all orders must be inspected, and all claims for damages made within 48 hours after the receipt of the shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your favor order (sorry, no refunds on sample orders) you may return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please call us at 1-888-WED-FAVOR for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials. Please mark the RMA number on the outside of all cartons being returned. Call for instructions on returning the items.

A: When you are on a page containing a number of different products, for example, Place Card Holders, each item shows a small picture of that item. Simply click on the picture image, and you will be brought to the specific page detailing that item. On this page, you will see a much larger image, the price, the weight, a description, the minimum quantity required, and any other pertinent information you need to know about the item.
A: All of our products carry a minimum quantity. This means you may order no less that the minimums, however you can order any quantity larger than that stated. For example, if you were interested in 48 pcs. of our Chrome Heart Bottle Stopper, you may order that, or any amount above 24.
**These items may only be ordered with a minimum of $50 of other favors. When you have at least $50 worth of merchandise in your shopping cart, you will be able to complete your purchase.**
Please make sure to put the other items in your cart before trying to order any of those within the minimum $50 category, or your order will not be able to be completed.
A: There could be a couple of explanations for that. First, our imprinted glassware can take anywhere up to about 2 weeks for completion. Another reason may be that the item is out of stock, which is stated on the item's page. This out of stock notice may have not been shown when you originally ordered, as FavorFavor.com's suppliers will advise us of out of stock items, however, not always instantly. The best way for you to determine if an item is out of stock when you ordered it, is to check back within a day or two to see if the out-of-stock notice has been posted.
Unless you advise us otherwise, and your item is out of stock, we will place it into our Reserve Orders, and as soon as the item returns, we will ship it out to you. If your order consists of other items, which may be in stock, we will hold the entire order unless advised by you to ship them separately.
A note on our imprinted glassware: Please be certain to order sufficient quantity just in case your guest list increases, and you find you do not have a enough. Once a personalized item is sent, we cannot ship any additional items unless they meet the minimum quantities.
