“The packaging it came in was very nice and the personalized tags were beautiful but the kissing swans had a lot of manufacturing imperfections: internal scratches,glue stains, the swan's head and eyes were disfigured and etc. I ordered about 75 figurines...out of 75, I counted only a handful that were decent.”
