“I am very disappointed. Out of 100 jars I ordered 1 was missing, 2 were cracked, and 7 were completely crushed in pieces. When I called to report the damage ( I found the 2 cracked ones after I called)you would only replace 3 jars because I had thrown the damaged ones away. I guess I learned, but will not order again.
From FavorFavor: I am sorry that some of your favors were damaged in transit. I am sure you can understand that we do need some kind of verification that the goods were damaged. With verification (a simple emailed photo is enough)we can replace or refund you for all of the damaged items. ”

“We were exceptionally happy with the service given to us by the company. There was a mistake in the order and they made sure to correct it in time of our event. They overnight shipped the rest of our order to the address of our party and were extremely apologetic on the phone.
