“The delivery was fine and prompt. Had several broken favor jars contacted favors favors wanted me to send a picture, dont know how to do all tha,t just thought it was to much hassel to get a refund or exchange for the stuff they send me that I cant use and paid for.
From FavorFavor: We are happy to replace and/or refund for any broken pieces. We do ask for an emailed picture or alternatively to pick up the damaged merchandise in these cases. Imagine if you walked in to a department store and said "I bought a toaster here and it doesn't work. I'd like my money back." Do you think they would refund you if you didn't actually bring the toaster back with you? Of course not. We have taken to asking for pictures to be emailed since this expedites the process. If the customer cannot email us, we will have UPS pick up the damaged goods - at our expense. ”
